Staff

Our mission is to provide excellent surgical care in a safe, efficient, environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Our professional staff is here to ensure that your surgery goes smoothly and you are as comfortable as possible.

   All patients are under the professional care of a member of the medical staff. The Medical Director is responsible for establishing and assuring compliance of standards of care for patients. Physicians make rounds just as those physicians at traditional hospitals do.

All of our pre-operative and post-operative nurses hold certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Many of our nurses have extensive background in intensive care, pediatrics and trauma. Most of our pre-and post-operative nurses hold certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support also. The nurse to patient ratio never exceeds 1:3 and is often 1:2 or 1:1.

Our operating room staff is a highly skilled group of nurses and technicians with many advanced certifications including Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant and Certified Peri-operative nurse.
